Mary White is the CEO of Elite HR Services. She has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and management. White has worked in the medical, technology, manufacturing, and nonprofit industries, where she was successful in designing highly functioning and efficiently ran HR departments. She has a passion for helping businesses in the areas of business acumen, leadership and navigation, global cultural effectiveness, relationship management and helping to brand businesses so they may attract and retain high-performing team members. 

Elite HR Services was created to give companies the power to be employers of choice by shaping cultures that drive diverse experiences and support the employee work experience through talent engagement.

White has a Master of Science degree in Business Management, with concentrations in Talent Development & Training, from Troy University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Administration with a concentration in Talent Development from Mercer University, and an Associate of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM-Atlanta, and the Society for Leadership and Success. She enjoys reading, cooking, going to amusement parks, and spending time with family. ​
