Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) impacts individuals, group/work teams, and interpersonal and organizational dynamics. Elite HR consultants understand how the interaction of these organizational layers impacts the effectiveness of these efforts.
