Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) impacts individuals, group/work teams, interpersonal and organizational dynamics. Elite HR consultants understand how the interaction of these organizational layers impacts the effectiveness of these efforts. These courses can be delivered via live virtual training, in-person small group (10 max) classes to maintain COVID-19 compliance, or self-paced e-learning (depending on the course, e-learning is not an option for all courses).
